GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Privacy policy

The short version. This website does not identify you, does not track you, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics, loads nothing from any third party and has no forms to fill in. There is no account to create and nothing to opt out of.

1. Who is the data controller

Controller

Address
Na Truhlářce 1484/41, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic

26933080

AVIA PARTS s.r.o. is not required to appoint a data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR, because it does not carry out large-scale monitoring or process special categories of data. Enquiries go to the address above.

2. What we do not do

We think it is more useful to be specific about the absences than to describe processing that does not happen. On this website there is:

  • no cookie of any kind — not analytics, not advertising, not "essential";
  • no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB, and no other browser storage;
  • no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, no page-view counter;
  • no advertising pixel or conversion tag — no Meta pixel, no Microsoft Advertising UET tag, no Google tag;
  • no fingerprinting — we do not read your canvas, fonts, screen dimensions, audio stack or hardware to build an identifier;
  • no third-party requests at all — no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social buttons. Every file this site loads is served from this domain;
  • no forms — there is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no search box and no comment section, so there is nothing for you to submit;
  • no account, no login, no profile;
  • no sale or sharing of personal data, because there is none to sell or share.

You can verify all of this yourself. The cookie policy explains how, using tools already built into your browser.

3. What is unavoidably processed

Server logs

To deliver a web page to you, the web server has to receive a request from your device, and web servers ordinarily record those requests in an access log. Such an entry can contain your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, your browser's user-agent string and, if you followed a link, the referring address. An IP address is personal data under the GDPR.

Purpose
Delivering the site, keeping it available, and detecting and dealing with abuse or attacks.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of AVIA PARTS s.r.o. in operating a secure and functioning website. We consider this a low-impact processing that a reader would reasonably expect.
Use
These records are not used to build a profile, are not combined with anything else, are not used for advertising or measurement and are not sold or shared for any commercial purpose.
Retention
Kept only as long as needed for security and operation, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of server maintenance.
Recipients
The technical provider operating the server, acting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. No other recipient.

Email you send us

If you write to info@elorienne.online, we necessarily receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else.

Legal basis
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest, and yours, in answering correspondence you chose to start.
Retention
Kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can follow up, then deleted.

You are never required to email us. Nothing on this site is gated behind contacting us.

4. Following a partner link

When you follow a partner link you leave this site and arrive at a third party's website, which is a separate data controller with its own privacy policy. That site may set its own cookies and process your data — it is outside our control and outside this policy.

Two things are worth knowing about how those links work here:

  • Campaign parameters. If you reached this site from an advertisement, the address you arrived on may carry campaign parameters (such as utm_source or msclkid). A small first-party script copies those onto the partner link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. Those parameters come from the link you clicked; we do not create them, do not store them, and do not learn anything about you from them.
  • Referrer. This site uses the referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin. When you go to another site, it is told that you came from https://elorienne.online — the domain only, never the specific page or its parameters.

We do not receive any personal data back from advertisers. Commission reporting reaches us as aggregate counts, not as information about identifiable people.

5. Automated decision-making

There is none. No profiling, no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

6. Children

This site is aimed at a general adult audience, requires no registration and collects no data from anyone, of any age.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer reader data outside the European Economic Area for our own purposes. Once you follow a partner link, any transfer is a matter between you and that third party under its own policy.

8. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of them, write to info@elorienne.online.

We must be candid about what this means here: because we hold no identifier for you, we normally cannot locate any data relating to you from a request alone. Article 11(2) GDPR covers exactly this situation — where a controller cannot identify a data subject, the access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability rights do not apply unless you supply additional information enabling identification. In practice, if you want a server log entry traced, you would need to tell us the IP address and the approximate time. If you have emailed us, we can find and delete that correspondence on request without difficulty.

There is no consent to withdraw, because we rely on no consent.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, please raise it with us first — info@elorienne.online. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in the EU/EEA state of your residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. Our lead authority is:

Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Praha 7 – Holešovice, Czech Republic
uoou.gov.cz

10. Changes to this policy

If we ever begin to collect anything, this policy will be updated before that happens, and the change will be obvious rather than buried in a revision date. The current version is dated below.
